Quilts at the University

Yesterday Gary & I went to Humboldt State University Bookstore for a book signing event.  There were my books and two others featured, a former HSU history professor, and a group of ladies who wrote a book on eating local foods.  It was a fun day.  Here are a few pictures.

See how interested she seems...

...and this is how it's done....see the agates on this quilt!  Quilts among the books...isn't it great!?

Then I loved this shot from the quad...this banner is the picture of the recent National Geog...featured fold out...what a great place to display it!

(you can just barely see the little red dots on the side of the tree...those are people!)
